UX Research | Language Learning App
I needed to understand the shortcomings of current langugae apps and determine where a competitor could step in. I drafted a 15 question survey and uncovered unique opportunities in the marketplace, as well as consumer opinions regarding the use of AI. Read more.

The client needed a series of content marketing pieces that connected logically to each other and led them through a long buyer's journey. I learned about edge computing, 5G network challenges, order management, and tailored collateral across industrie and came up with short-form and long-form pieces to educate and inform telecom pros about the value of the client's solutions.
